Application Process
There is limited capacity for CDS™ and all applicants are rigorously screened.
You must submit a Clearance Request detailing why you are requesting a CDS™ implementation.
If successful, you will be assigned a Case Number. This is confidential. Do NOT share your case number with anyone, especially spouses, children, or pets.

Your name and company
Short description of where you are (current) and where you want to be (ideal)
The problem you are looking to solve with CDS™
The code phrase “The moose is on the loose”
Include the word “porcetta” in your email
